8 Session Progress
After 8 sessions, we kept careful anthropomorphic measures and progressed wonderfully! Our approach was to maintain a comfortable lifestyle and gradually decrease/increase in the appropriate areas (fat stores and muscular composition).
We also measured strength markers and noted lifestyle changes that all progressed in the direction we aimed for.
walking unassisted after 4 weeks
When we first met, my client was 4 months post-operation. She had finished physical therapy and was discharged. Unfortunately she was still having difficulties walking without her crutches.
After 4 weeks of working together, she was finally able to walk about 15-20ft without the use of her crutches.
By the end of our contract she was able to walk everywhere/anywhere unassisted; no crutches, no cane, no problems.
IMPROVING COORDINATION DESPITE cerebrovascular accident (sTROKE)
When we first met, my client was 1-year post-CVA. He was still struggling with his motor control and had no sensation on his entire right side.
After 8 sessions he was able to improve his coordination vastly toward the goal we set.
By the end of our contract he was stronger and much more confident in his capabilities.
