“Joey is probably one of the best trainers out there. His knowledge for physical fitness and rehabilitation is unmeasurable, and he is such a nice person. He was always providing super challenging yet entertaining workouts to match my goals. My lifts and technique improved so much over just one month. He also helped resolved the root problems to my muscle imbalances, hip pain, and shoulder impingement. Throughout the whole process he was there right by my side. Best trainer ever!”

“I have to admit, at first I was very skeptical working with a trainer as this was my first time. Joey did an awesome job of breaking down all doubts and helped me find more confidence in my exercises. I struggled with worrying if I had correct form when I would workout by myself, but he taught how to break things down to its simplest form and it made all the difference. I still do his dynamics every single workout!”

“My co-workers and I joined Joey’s group exercise classes to become stronger and to have a healthier lifestyle! His classes can be intense but the best thing about Joey is he will HELP you through it. If you need adjustments or are having difficulties he will modify the workouts so that it’s something you are able to do and gradually get stronger at doing! He believes in you and his group workouts are always fun because he is full of energy and support! Workouts are different each time focusing on certain parts of the body for that day. I entered his program unable to even complete one push up or do more than one set of lifting anything (pretty weak lol) but at the end of his program I was much stronger and felt much more healthier! Thanks Joey! 👍🏽”

From seated workouts to pyramid style training, Joey took his time explaining workouts and ensured I was in proper form. It's been a few years since I've trained with Joey and I still refer back to my sessions to ensure I'm doing the proper form or the correct exercise modification.”
