Can you exercise with an injury or medical condition?

The short answer: ABSOLUTELY!

The long answer? See below!

As a trainer and coach with nearly 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have garnered the knowledge to work with anyone from the extremely athletic to the severely incapacitated. I have seen success and failure with individuals regardless of their capacity and have tried to learn from every encounter. If I could describe the most important factors that determined success, it would have to be willpower and faith. If the individual displayed willpower, or a strong determination, to complete the exercise to the best of their ability they would often display better results. Secondly, if they contained faith, the strong belief in themselves and in my instruction, they would show greater satisfaction with themselves and the plan I constructed. I approach every person I work with as if I am an artist and they are an audience member; I give my best attempt to cater to their tastes while simultaneously discovering and meeting their needs.

So please don’t hold yourself back or wallow in hesitation about doing something about your fitness; there is no better time than the present!
